Try hindu squats and hill sprints. They whoop you into shape fast, with less pounding of the joints. Knees don’t like running after squats though. Bridging a couple times a week to start. It probably depends on the condition of your back. It took me a while to learn how often. There is some initial pain you have to get through. If your nerves are flared up you have to mix rest and Ibruprofen to get past it. I had 2 back surgeries with continued nerve pain. There is an exercise called the ”Back Bridge”. After 2 back surgeries this cured me. Lay on your back, lift your body off the floor and put your head on the floor. Walk and rock back until your forhead is touching the floor. Hold this position. Then follow with a forward stretch.   [End]

Has anyone noticed they need less sleep after liver flushing? I’ve flush 3 times and have lost (est.) 1200, 600, 300 stones respectively each time. I’ve noticed much greater digestion, flexibility in the back the day after, and I don’t need near as much sleep. I have sorta followed the Dr Natura Colonix also. The tea dosage is hard to get right. And camping by the B-room isn’t an options for work or my health. I’m 40 yr. old male and I flushed every 2 weeks start Jan. 29, 2006. It seems to be a graet thing to do. I’ve heard when you take Lysine(amino-acid) it keeps your body from taking up another type of amino acid that the canker sore Herpes Virus’feeds on. You may have a food intolerance or something like a gluten intolerance. I’ve read wher e wheat breaks down similar to an opiate protien. This is why call certain foods comfort food. The gluten also may cause the gut to slow down , stop the celia type things inside you and keep things from moving. I cut out grains a great deal and feel much better. Hope that helps   [End]

I was lifting weights, power cleans, when I damaged the disks in my lower back in 1988. Years later and 2 surgeries(1990 & 1996)I felt old. Chiropractor in 2003 hurt me with alot of twisting. I had to quit. Shortly after that I started back bridging in 2004. It’s been a miricle to me. I haven’t posted anything because I wondered what long term effects would be. 2 years of bridging later, and It seems my back just keeps getting better. Just finished my third flush today. 1st flush over 1000 stones 2nd over 600 stones 3rd 300 stones I’m trying to lower my cholesterol.
