yep i definitely regret not doing more to fix up my liver before i started parasite cleansing.. now i get practically no die-off symptoms from ascaris - this in spite of a lot of dying going on - which suggests that perhaps my liver is working better nowadays.. In terms of the mental side, I reckon perhaps the biggest issue during maintenance is self-control given how much they can influence our behaviour according to their whims.
