Hello everyone... this is my first post.
I decided after last year to get my life together, and get healthy. I was weighing 300lbs, and surprisingly was in decent shape, muscular, etc... but not very healthy obviously. I lost 45 lbs on a good diet and exercise program, quit smoking, quit drinking, and so on. BUT I still felt horrible. I’m exhausted all of the time, regardless of if I sleep 4 hours or 10 hours... I can’t concentrate, I can’t retain a thought, and I’m hungry all of the time. I decided this year to get a lot of OTHER work done on me (Lotsa dental, visit my MD, etc) to try ...
