Ok i need help.. This diet giving me headaches. Well ive seen floaters and weird dots and figures in front of both eyes 24/7 for last 3 years,but last couple weeks something new has happened. Now somthing worse has happened that also happens 24/7. Well my ill hand seems to have changed appearance. It seems to be a little less puffy the last 2 days. My fingers on right hand look more normal size then swollen and enlarged. Well, Went to my chiro today,its been 2 weeks since getting adjustments and hes shocked hardly any change of symptoms in my right hand. this guy is good too,only charges me $25 and every other visit,he helped both my sisters with their scholiosis(sp?). Hey, Last Mon/Tues I woke up and was very tender/sore/touch sensitive from right half of lower back/stomach up to my right arm. Ive been tender before in spots,didnt think much of it. Ok, I have since stopped taking herbs with food. I take them at least 30 minutes or an hour before i eat. I have heard that this is guaranteeing that it is able to be better used by the body this way. So anytime i take my niacin i take it 2 hours before my lunch or 2 hours after,so that the food isnt messing with it. HOWEVER,people say that with niacin it is important to take food with it,because it is said to help the flushing symptoms. Well,today i took it with some random food,and i actually felt NO reaction from it like ALL other days and so i was kinda worried it didnt work.. thnks

Ok, Today I was at work and i had one of the most severe reactions to Niacin yet. well i mean this breakout was almost as bad as my last most severe,but little worse. Both my arms were covered in red rashes and red blotches from hands to shoulders. On top of my arms and on underside,just sporadic redness and also clusters of redness just ALL over both my arms,and my shoulders had huge red blotches probly 4 inches long. Hello, Well ive been taking niacin for 4 days now. Sunday i had a reaction i think from it. I was at work on register and first my ears started to feel extremely hot,and then burny. Then both my arms started to get red rashes on them. My face was FLUSH red,and then my shoulders had huge blotches of red on them. My neck was dark red. It went away after 20 minutes,but i had to sit down. I took it yesterday,it didnt do anything. Today i took it and as we speak i think im starting reaction. Im just tired of not having the body i want fo my age,I am in NO SHAPE AT ALL. I need a fitness plan, and this spring im gonna start doing runs after work at night. Well.. 1. The food i bought that was organic was not exactly mostly produce. I bought pretzels,soy frozen sorbet icescream,some probiotic dairy smoothie,organic potato chips,etc..and some produce of course,black raspberry juice,frozen dinners,etc 2. I was gonna start eatng only organic 2day,bt my roomie is leaving tomorrow for school and we had cookout sunday,so some leftover cheesecake,and beans,both of course not organic from walmart,but plan on starting slowly to increase to only organic food..   [End]

Hello,its kevin from MONTHS AGO,if any of you remember.. I finally went to the wild oats here and bought a weeks worth of groceries from there. For the first time since i’ve moved here 8 months ago.
