Hello I’m wondering if anyone here has experienced any side effects after using diflucan. since this whole thing started with me, i noticed a swelling in my sinus - just a general swelling, and my eyes are clearly irritated too, swollen dark circles! at any rate - i wanted to know if anyone else has had an abundance of phlegm dripping out of their nose/head when they use this antifungal ? i used to be an avid marijuana smoker and when i would lay off i would have SOMEthing similar but the amount my body is producing now is strange because it’s quite a bit more than i have produced before. ...

i’m on difucan (fluconazole) and probiotics and am taking some supplements as well - feeling much better here, but not 100% which is obviously our goal. i noticed the antifungal helping out a LOT for me just in my general feeling that i can beat this crud. seeing white phlegm covering my stool has made me feel that die off is on it’s way, and i am hacking up quite a bit of clear phlegm as well. i was living in a place with mold so i’m under the impression that i had inhaled a ton of the stuff (we had 3 varieties of black mold and i was allergic to one of them penicillin!) - there is a fung ...

So i have been on Fluconazole and some thyroid support as well as some anti candida herbal supplements (GSE oil of Oregano and clove adn a GRIP of probiotics daily) for a couple of weeks now and my stools seem to be solidifying and my energy level is a bit increased as well! last night i evacuated my bowels and felt like a proud father, almost regular color ( a TINY bit green ) and consistency - only it had a bit of pure white phlegm on it at the very crown which first came out... i’m BETTING that is a bit of die off ? ? ? it’s what i’ve heard - white equals dead - yellow is living candida ...

hey last night after work i went to a vegan place and had a fake ”chicken” (seitan - a whole wheat product) quesadilla and some pumpkin. this morning at 4:30 i woke up and my stomach was UPSET! i took a walk then had diarrhea and the trouble got worse after a bit and my stomach REALLY started to get peeved, and i ended up vomiting all of the fluid straight out of my body and continuing to have the runs as well. i was burping and passing a LOT of gas that was SO coming from the quesadilla ... sorry - this is gross! my sinus just close up immediately and one of my ears closed entirely - it ...

I drove to Santa Monica this morning and visited a new doctor who spoke with me at length about my situation. The thing about this predicament is it’s always different depending on who you talk with about it. While i am slowly feeling better eating better and using anti-fungals i am starting to believe my case is more a question of black mold poisoning... my gut is producing clean stools but they are merely soft and dark green, but there is no phlegm and my gut is less sore these days for sure. i went and did two hydro colonics and it did clear out a LOT of yeast, i just don’t think that this is candida or JUST candida... not saying it isn’t. if i have learned one thing it’s to trust my gut. i went on youtube and watched a bunch of Dr Shoemaker’s videos and it just seems like what he’s talking ... i put it in water on the stove 1 pt buckwheat to 2 pts water - bring to boil covered and reduce to low heat ... once the water steams off (maybe 5 minutes maybe 7?) take it off and put it in a bowl with unsweetened almond milk, stevia, and i generally use cinnamon and nutmeg with raw walnuts .... it’s delicious stuff! also for breakfast i also have chia seeds sprouted in unsweetened almond milk mixed with greek or goat yogurt cinnamon and walnuts and puffed brown rice... doesn’t need stevia at all. talk about OMEGAS! peace Miles   [End]

i did two colonics in the last week and a half- if you flush everything out of your system you will be stunned and amazed at how you feel. in the process of doing it you get quite a work out for the rectum and learn a bit about the location of your colon as well. it helps to crouch over your feet and relax your neck while on the toilet bowl as well. you do this afterwards. i highly recommend it, but remember to rebuild your flora afterwards with probiotics. Howdy Stranger, back in september i was living in an apartment with mold, but i didn’t know it then. i went surfing in some dirty water, and i got and fought a sinus in infection with antibiotics, and it seemed to go away but then it came back so i went BACK to the doctor and took some VERY heavy antibiotics... SURPRISE! so i had candida. i moved out after conclusively testing for mold and the landlord said he fixed the water leak (did nothing about the mold) i was out of the place for a month and a half, after kicking what i thought was a mild case (or so i thought) with proper eating ...
