DMgirl I have been following a Schwarzbein type diet for over a year now. It took one year but my anxiety is so much better now. Don’t know if it was the diet or just time getting crazy Ativan out of my system but my body feels much calmer right now. I find that if I eat too many carbs or don’t balance them out with right amounts of protein and fats I start getting adrenaline rushes and anxiety again! It’s a crappy way to live isn’t it? Hey there, I appreciate your post about not eating meat and all the reasons you gave. I used to be vegetarian for most of my life and I developed countless health problem including cancer, Ankylosing spondylitis, and the last one was adrenal fatigue and hypoglycemia. Hey Wired, I’d like to try that combo for a sleep remedy. Generally I sleep pretty good nowadays but there is the odd day that insomnia still hits me. My only problem with the recipe is that I seem to have a sensitivity to all things coconut. Do you know anything else I could substitute that is low GI. Hey Sherpa, Heat intolerance always interests me because my husband suffers from this and my sons do too even though none if them have been diagnosed with AF. some people cant even handle hot showers or baths. Anyway there are 3 things I know cause people to crash in the heat. Mast cell issues, loss of sodium and recently I learned that some people have problems with their blood vessels dilating too much with heat, so their blood pressure drops(this is an issue with dysautonomia) doesn’t sound like you have that. It seems to me that a lot of people here started NB with ARL and then switched to TEI. It seems like many have improved their health largely through ARL and then switched over. I have yet to hear of anyone who started out with TEI, is doing well with them alone and is now going on with life. Hi guys, Well I spoke to Rick yesterday and he said that I need to take potassium (mine was at 1) along with mag but I get so scared because I know that potassium will lower sodium and I don’t want my sodium to go down. My naturopath tested me yesterday and said that my acid levels have gone sky high. I believe this is causing all my grief with kidney stones and now I have even started seeing blood in my urine. Mimsycal, Your mag level may be ideal but is your calcium very high? When the ratio is off it does become a balancing act trying to find that sweet spot. I found the same thing with the Paramin. I was getting both extremes. Exhaustion or high anxiety. If your cal is very high you may need to add more mag on top of the Paramin like Marie said. Getting that ratio back where it should be is what to aim for. Some practitioners even have you cut out the cal all together until things start to balance out....I’m not suggesting you do that though without talking to someone who knows about that. D ...

Hi Onwards, I don’t think I am eating more than 50-60g of protein per day. I think maybe my body is having trouble metabolizing even the low amount because my kidney stone problems started when I introduced meat back into my diet. I don’t drink enough water because I always worry about unbalancing my electrolytes. I’m feeling discouraged today. Woke up around 5 am passing another kidney stone. I agree strongly Onwards. My only issue with addressing these other infections such as parasites is that I do not feel my adrenals are strong enough yet at this point to handle the parasite cleanse or remedies for other infections. Mikey, Apart from Marie, we have Onwards who is pretty much recovered going the ARL route....I know she did a lot of other things too but I do think getting her minerals rebalanced was huge! Also Sarah has come an incredibly long way compared to how she was before NB. The other Maria atrestco on FB posted her improvements awhile ago before you got on that forum....she has done amazing.
