Don’t judge EFT based on how it works for high blood pressure. HBP is one of the most stubborn, persistant conditions on the planet. I’ve quit tobacco, meat, alcohol, salt, sugar, exercize more often and I still can’t get all the way off my meds (though I’m down to just one at half strength).
Personally I’ve never found ANY technique or modality more useful than EFT in my life. It’s worked great for public speaking, procrastination, hopefulness, focus, coming to terms with parental abuse - the list goes on and on.
Not to say borderline blood pressure isn’t important, but try it on ...
