I was reading in other websites that one woman was working with someone with fecal body odor. One day she used toilette after the woman with BO. Hello, I’ve urine body odor as well ; along with fecal odor and rotten egg odor.. I think I have all the bad smell but never fishy odor. You said that your doctor did all the test, but I suggest you to do a Stool test  and Helicobacter pylori test. If you have just urine smell it could be H Pylori . The urine odor is actually Ammonia , and H pylori could lead to this bad smell. It’s important that you do these test so that you can known if you have any gastrointestinal infection. The doctors told me that H pylori is extremely difficult to get rid because ofter the bacteria is protected by a big coat of mucus in the stomach and difficult to reach even for strong antibiotics. I know what does it means , believe me, onion smell is horrible, but be sure that stinking like poo or a fart is much worse. Anyway all those bad smell are just not acceptable. I ’d also prefer to have a cancer that smelling like we smell. Why?
