For the longest time I thought I had tapeworm, but the more info I’m reading I think it could be yeast. I looked at all the pics of tapeworm and none look like mine. It was very thin and round like a curly spagetti. Does anyone know if this could be candida, not tapeworm? to the previous poster before me, sorry I ignored your primary question. I was constipated and diarrea for two years and then all of a sudden just passed two worms attached to my stools, no drugs. the important thing is to have one come out, then put it in a clear container, using a fork, gloved hand, whatever necessary, then take it directly to a doctor. General practice, gastroenteroligist, whichever and tell then to run tests on it ASAP to determine the breed. And if possible take pics with your camera so they cannot deny it. sorry this won’t help much but at least offer support. I had clear skin all my teenage years, supposedly THE acne years. Then at age 20 I got cystic acne, the kind that won’t even pop. I went to different dermatolgists a number of times and I heard ”it does not make sense that you have acne, you have small pores”. Hi, I have taken Albenza and it took two whole months of expelling worms, then all of a sudden I have the same symptoms as you. it is supposed to take care of ”40-75%” of tapeworms in your body according to many websites I have read like medmd.com. I took it, two months later and I still have worms in the toilet. I went to specialists and they told me it is impossible I still have it, that the meds would have taken care of it. But if even one microscopic egg or small segment is left it can grow back, right? I have been mentally stable my whole life. Since having tapeworm I have gone off the deep end. I think about it all day long, and then I get pass-out drunk every night not to think about it, and not to dwell on what I see in the toilet every night. I went to a new horrible doctor today, supposedly the best in the area at the University of Pennsylvania (Dr. Woo, stay away) and he told me unless I traveled outside the country I cannot possibly have tapeworm. I have been passing worms for two months now. They float in the toilet or are attached to the poop. They look like oodles of noodles although I have not eaten oodles of noodles. I eat no vegatables, so they cannot be vegatable protein. I did the three vial test, put them in the container and it says they are negative for parasites, yet I KNOW they are not.
