Hi everyone, this is more of a culinary concern. I recently started making Kefir from grains and cow milk. Today for lunch I made a ”curry” using kefir instead of sour cream or yogurt. But at one point in the pan it was boiling a bit since it is quite liquid. For dinner I made instead an omelette again with kefir. Pretty tasty. But my question is... Is it ok to heat kefir? What happens to the beneficial bacteria? and also, am I risking to curdle it? Thanks   [End]

I’m using it because I’m about to follow some kind of protocol of retention enemas to cure candida and other users of this forum were using the syringe type. Hi, I started using a 7oz bulb enema yesterday, but I’m having trouble in the process. Most of the times I manage to insert the bulb, the solution doesn’t flow when squeezing it. I don’t understand if it is a matter of air or position. Is this a common problem? I squeeze the air out before insterting it, but I seem to fail I guess. Do you have any advice? Thanks.   [End]

Hi, I live in Europe and I can’t find any Nystatin powder in my country (as many of us, as Im reading on the forum) Not even tablets. (the only form i can find is mixed in oral suspension, with banana flavour stuff ’mycostatin’). I checked on a Canadian website that I could buy it from there and have it shipped, BUT (apart from the crazy price), I am worried about the shipment and the storing temperature of the item! I called them asking them if they will do anything about it, but they told me it has to be refrigerated only after opening???? I read everywhere else that people g ...
