i haven’t been around for a couple of months but i’m fasting from 1st april through to the 30th, 30 days in all.......i’m approx 178 but will post my starting weight on tuesday. i’ve been eating more healthily since xmas and have managed to shed 17lbs since then. i’d like to get down to 150 with this fast, and having fasted before i know this is feasible. i’m intending to have fluids only and will use water, juices, herbal teas, mc lemonade and miso, whatever i need to get me through and help me stick with my plan.....i’m just gonna play it by ear, as and when......is anyone els ...
