Yes the mastic gum has been used for thousands of years by the medditereans as a natural antibiotic. there are many sites which can tell you how mastic gum, can kill off the H pylori naturally, it is suggested that we take 1/2 gram a day for maitenence. 2 grams a day for a month to rid a serious case, or 1 gram a day for 2 weeks for moderate problems. I am glad you asked me that. I bought several allergy cook books, which show case grains other than wheat and white rice. I substitute brown for white rice, I also eat wild rice and thai purple rice. For wheat substitute I would eat Kamut and Spelt. There are breads that are yeast free (important) that are made with Kamut and Spelt sold commercially.
