in my opinion you need to look at other views on fasting you should read the book by paul c bragg at bragg.com The Miracle of fasting,,written in the 1950s,,Jesus fasted only on water,,there is a reason,, the enema thing well thats still debatable your good health food store should carry a copy read and learn more on the Pure distilled water fast.
