Yes, if I were you.. I would would steer clear of all known allergens. And if you don’t know what your allergens are, try and avoid the well known ones... you can google ”allergenic foods” and that will give you a very good idea.
I would recommend cutting out tree nuts, and only drink A2 milk and have A2 yogurts. I also would strongly suggest cutting cutting out gluten, so no breads, pastas. If you can cut out grains (corn, rice etc) that is also good.
So what does that leave? Lots of vegetables and lots of salads, lots of seeds, and meats and A2 dariy. The only way to h ...
