I have been curious about this but my hesitation in having them removed is that I have heard that if not removed exactly right, they can cause huge problems by releasing more mercury into your system during the process and that it is VERY expensive. I have serious intestinal infestation and immune system damage with minimal finances. It sounds like you may have the ’key’ here for me. Any suggestions? I am growing my own wheat grass at home and it makes me feel wonderful. However, my last batch had some mold in it and this makes me really paranoid. Are there others who use wheat grass and what do you do about this problem?   [End]

I roast (on top of the stove) basmati brown rice until slightly brown. Let it cool and grind (I use a coffee grinder)until it is almost powder. Boil some water and add the ground rice. Simmer until it is the consistency you like. Pour into a bowl and add some butter and a little almond milk. Top with chopped almonds and blueberries. This has literally kept me alive during my three month Candida diet. The digestive system loves this!   [End]
