I’m afraid that your protocol -- just using nystatin to cure your candida problems is way too simplistic. Candida is well known to be able to adjust to nystatins in the same way as certain bacteria can adjust to antibiotics. I can only tell you how I started using turpentine. I started with half a teaspoon and worked up to a full teaspoon within 4 days. Yes, I take 5% lugol’s iodine with a nebulizer quite regularly. I also regularly take 1.5% Hydrogrn Peroxide by nebulizer. Very useful if you have flu or a cold. Gets rid of it quick. It's perfectly true that iodine chelates mercury. It also chelates lead, aluminium, cadmium and arsenic from the research. And yes, it does dump these into the blood for redistribution.
