I had mirena removed a week ago and I’m already feeling better. The depression has lessened to anxiety now. It seems like it’s taking steps backwards. The cramping pain is gone and the numbing feeling in my fingers come and go. It isn’t near as often and my mood swings aren’t near as bad. I’m actually smiling and acting like me. There was some bleeding a day or so after it was removed. But it wasn’t that bad. It seems things are getting better! [End]

The guy in jail I’m no longer talking to, or having anything to do with. You guys have really helped. Now I understand what my boyfriend did was wrong with the other female, but he did it, it happens, you learn to forgive and forget. If you love somebody you let it go. That’s what I’m doing. He is a nice guy, and I do believe him when he says he didn’t have sex with her, because he flat out told me he got head from her. I am young, 18 going on 19. But I know what I want. That’s exactly how I felt. My boyfriend is a great guy takes care of me, makes me laugh, loves me, and does anything to make me happy. Then out of no where I woke up one morning nit picking everything he does, I didn’t want to leave him but I just didn’t care. Well I found this web page and everything made sense. I had it removed and most of the side affects have gone away or are no longer as severe as they were. I’m still irritable and having mood swings but I’m figuring it’s going to stay that way till all the hormones from the past 10 months are out of my body. They’ve put me on another form of birth control, although I wish he wouldn’t of put me on any hormonal birth control. We’ll see how this one works. I was only 17 when I had the IUD put in. And lets just say my experience with it hasn’t been the greatest one. After I got it put in. I became very ill.
