Longterm, it’s 60,000 IU for one week plus there’s another 200IU in the multivit I take everyday. I don’t see anything happen to my eyelashes.. but I’m having headaches. did a little research and understood that it could be due to the multivits. Does Vit D3 cure it? my desperation to cure EC led to malnutrition..i have been avoiding proteins, dairy etc.. and my doc has now put me on Vit D3 60K IU/week and other multi-vitamin&mineral tabs. it’s only been a week to report major difference..(also i started eating everything! from gluten to sugars..) and the build up isn’t like crazy! anyhow my peeling cycle had slowed down to 2 weeks before i started taking D3 itslef.. so i’ll update my lip condition in another week again.   [End]

I just realized I have a dark itchy patch on my inner thigh, near the knee. It’s been there for ages and I never cared about it cuz it didn’t bother me, except for some irritation which is very rare. Today i just googled about it and understood it could be a form of eczema and could be caused due to yeast overgrowth. Now I’m really curious, does anyone else have such patches? Mine’s similar case too, I used to pick my lips A LOT. And stress was there since childhood (parents fighting all the time, me crying to sleep..how silly! )If only I knew what all that would cause. My previous 2 flushes were absolutely normal, but this time I’m really sick. I wanted to experiment this time and reduced the amount of water and Epsom salts to 600ml and 3 tbsp respectively. Diarrhoea was less. I didn’t pass stones until 8 in the morning. Then at 10 I ate a few plums, which is where it went wrong. I felt nauseous and tried to sleep but I have puked twice until all the plums are out. Now I’m so weak I can’t stand or walk anymore. I have little rice and spinach ready, scared ill puke that too. Same here. No gluten, no dairy, no processed food for close to SEVEN months. Have recently excluded grains and rice as well. NOw all that i eat is buckwheat pancakes for meals with vegetables .. all cooked in VCO or ghee. And then eggs once in a while and fruits only when im doing liver flush. Sometimes i cook quinoa with vegetables or eat some brown rice. Breakfast - Usually oat bran with almonds. And this garlic pickle (crushed garlic+onions+sea salt+apple cider vinegar) with dinner. Does everyone follow the protocol and do a colon hydrotherapy after every liver flush? If so, can it be done at home? I did my first flush today, and i’m quite happy to report that there were few grain sized green stones (not too many, but still i’m happy) :) I’m a patient suffering from EC and Endometriosis. The candida diet I have been following for the past 2 weeks had shown some improvement in my lips, and i really hope this flush too helps in some way. I’m on an Ayurveda diet for curing EC, where i’m not supposed to eat anything sour, from tomatoes to citrus fruits. My EC is not cured but the drying process has slowed down.
