I think that both you and Andreas may be right! Both sugars and proteins cause problems with sugar levels and insulin. It is usually sugary foods that spike my sugar levels up, but cooked proteins such as steak and also milk can spike up insulin levels (while barely affecting blood sugar) and a high level of either one can lead to similar health issues. This has happen with me too. The toxins/stones released from the liverflush may be reabsorbed through the leaky gut. I would suggest taking charcoal tablets as the can absorb toxins etc and also taking psyllium with or without the bentonite clay to pull any remaining toxins, liver/gall stones out of your body. It could be many things e.g. that moving the stones has moved a lot of toxins through your body in one go or you could have some stones trapped in your colon that are pressing on your back. Some cruciferous vegetables e.g. cabbage and brocolli can cause cramps and gas. You could try add a piece of juiced ginger to help with cramps or bloating. Also, I sometimes experience problems with juicing; not with my liver but with bloating, which I think my be linked to leaky gut caused by candida. How may digestive stimulator tablets did u take? If you have diareah (spelling?) you should cut down or take them at different times during the day. Was your bm dry or compacted? I started the pre-cleanse on Monday. I’ve tried to cut my portions size down by a third each day as recommended, but am really struggling and cheating. I can’t speak for anyone else on the board, but for me my opinion on oxypowder is not based on it having to be black to be mucoid plaque. However, I do know that what usually comes out when I take oxypowder is what I have eaten the day before, and after the seven day period of taking oxypowder and going on to maintenance tablets my colon still contained a lot of old matter, some of which came out during colonics, as did a lot of mucus and evidence of candida. I tried oxypowder for a week and it seemed that it only liquidified what I’d eaten the day before. I think most of the oxypowder that you take is used on the most recent bms. It may work better for people who are fasting because then it would have to work on the colon walls. My bm’s have been an orange brown colour for the last week and a half and I’ve just read in Hulda Clarks book that orange/yellow coloured bm’s means lack of bile salts which is caused by a blocked bile duct and lack of bile. I thought that if a stone was blocking the common bile duct it would be grey or clay coloured, which is what mine was before they turned orange. I am able to deal with my stress better now, but when I am anxious I feel it in my stomach. I will look into the probiotics you have mentioned as I dont think the ones I’m using are strong enough. After my mum died my hair fell out in patches - this lasted for a few years until I was treated by a chinese herbalist, who unfortunately couldnt help with my stomach/bowel problems. I do have candida and am sensitive to wheat and dairy and have been avoiding them for the last six weeks. Thanks for your advice. I ordered the Liver Flush book by Andreas and have read most of it now am following a lot of what he says in the book to prepare my liver and soften the stones. I still did the Clark flush but tool Gold Coin Grass and Malic Acid, and it produced about 250+ stones. I took chinese bitters for a few days to decongest my liver and I think that helped. Hi I was previously following a very low carb diet (for weight loss and candida) when I started herbs to detox my liver and did not experience any problems. I got really clogged up using the clay and psyllium and had to stop taking it. If your having bowel movements every day it may just be the die off reactions, but if its making you constipated you need to take smaller doses and build it up. Some people take laxatives to get things moving but for me it made me feel worse. You could try oxypowder, which will liquidify your bowel matter, although I’m not sure if it can get rid of really old faecal matter. Sometimes when the body is very toxic and you start the healing process you can have a very bad reaction as the toxins are released as the body tries to get rid of them. When I had this my Doctor told me to drink lots of fluids (preferably water) and cranberry juice as this will help to wash the infection out of the bladder. Hi, I’ve been taking 2 P&Bs (today is day 6) and up until this morning only having two bms per day. I will definately look into the CDSA, and the hair analysis - I think Im lacking in several vitamins and minerals!
