Hey eritrean, I have the ec problem atleast 19 yrs and as far as i remember in the first few years i peeled it every 3-5 days by force or by applying vasline and now it has been already few years as much as possible i dont use lip balms or vaseline but only when i have to meet with people during my lips crusts hanging like corn flakes, which means the vasline heLps me a little to straighten them with wetting them with water to their original place and ofcourse they will be up again with chewing or brushing, but other than this i leave the crust as much as it takes (max it takes 9-11 days) ...

hi guys, somebody wrote earlier in this forum about checking up the cortisol and melatonin level.my question is, is it possible to check the melatonin level?? I know you check your cortisol level but I dont know melatonin. I read about melatonin that it is related with our serotonin level and it is deep inside the brain. If you have low serotonin, you will have low melatonin and it is said to be that to boost your melatonin, you should get a SUN SHINE(UV) to increase your melatonin, but anyway, is it possible to check the level melatonin???   [End]

Oh, definetly u are right that the statement you gave about the derms, I laughed hard when I read it because it just reminds me what I went through,from creams to biopsies(twice), I had been offered and it turned out to be negative (normal) and what chris said was absolutely right, if you go to the derm after you have peeled, he would say that the lips are perfect, but it is advised to go with the corn flakes(ec) on your app.. day and it is possible to keep until that day if you do an effort to bear it. the problem is inside out and not the outside only, I think now the new light looks r ...
