Anyways, I have recently started taking Vit B Complex again, which had proven some results in the past whereby it prolongs the peeling cycle and thins the dead skin significantly. It has shown the same results recently, till I decided to ramp up the dosage to 2 tablets a day (the description recommends 1 tablet a day). Hey longterm, how did you solve your mouth bacteria in the end (or is it still ongoing?) You mentioned that you have periodontal.. do your gums bleed a lot? I have very itchy gums on my bottom teeth recently and it didn’t seem to go away even after my dentist cleaned up the tartar on my teeth for me. The ubiome website seems really really interesting but $400 for a full kit seems really expensive.   [End]

Dear Ibinns, Thanks for your reply! I have previously tried probiotics but under a different brand (Hyperbiotics, also from Amazon) but nothing much changed. I’m willing to give this another shot! Maybe with some Candida pills too. But why did you think that starving was something that helped? It only made sense if it was Candida die off. Anyway, your post gave us E.C. sufferers hopes again. Hey Ibinns! I have a few questions for you.. 1) Have you been diagnosed with Candida or feel that you have any sort of Candida? Since you mostly got healed by pro/prebiotics, it could be that there was an unbalance in your gut flora. 2) Do you have any oral thrush? Yellow coat on tongue, enlarged lymph nodes, etc? 3) Have you ever performed the liver flush or went on any Candida diet? Did anything changed for you? 4) Do you have acne? Personally, I have moderate acne, and I am certain that Candida could have played a part in my acne..   [End]

Alright, here goes. Long story inbound! Basically, I had Exfoliative Cheilitis (E.C) for approximately 6 years now. It all started back when I was 15, out of a sudden my lips were really really dry and I kept peeling them non-stop. I myself suffer E.C. due to Accutane branded under ’Nimegen’. I’ve consulted several dermatologist & used various cream but none seem to help. To date I’m using Vaseline every alternate night to exfoliate my lips as I can’t be going to school with very bad peeling lips. I really hope as a community we can do something to pressure the makers as what lipshitz say and find out a connection.   [End]
