I am in my 7th day of a juice fast. Most of my juices are combinations of fruit and vegetable, like carrot and watermelon (YUM!), or carrot-beet-apple-carrot, but this weekend I have been making what I call gazpacho juice, tomatoes, red peppers, cuke, garlic, onion, parsley, and olive oil. The weekend has been more difficult since I am at home, not that busy, and cooking for my family, but I’ve kept with it and have lost about 8 pounds altogether.
