i’ve been taking coconut oil for the past few days, but found that it tends to leave my throat scratchy afterwards...almost like i’ve swallowed a fish bone.
i wouldn’t mind, but i only take half a teaspoon at a time so it’s not as though i’ve been troughing on tablespoons at a time lol!
i tried the suggestion on this thread of letting it melt in a warm drink has helped immensely..i add it to my cups of green tea.
just wanted to share it in case anyone else has problems with it being too strong.
