In a 1 quart mason jar I add 3 cups of remineralized purified water, 1/3 cup organic whole cane sugar and 1/3 cup water kefir grains. Mix together, cover with coffee filter, secured with rubber band. If you see mold or anything fuzzy like mold, than the whole batch is bad; throw the whole thing out, scoby and all. Other than that, it is very much worth fermenting and using. I am doing my 4th liver flush tonight. Only since I normally go to bed at 5am, I will start my ES at midnight. I am not eating today, only drinking a total of 48oz of apple juice with 2tbls of ACV in it, also drink as much water as I can. Hello, On my first flush I passed some light grey stones that formed a clump and floated. The biggest was almost the size if a quater, irregular in shape and it seemed as though It may have done alittle damage coming out, do to the fact, that it looked like there was blood with it. Shortly afterwards I came down with thrush, which it took me awhile to name it. My second flush produced no visable resaults. On the third flush, again no stones but a BM that looked like a BM that comes from a dog that had eaten some bones. It was white and it was scratchy as it come out and had me feeling ...

Hi Shroom, I have been dealing with oral thrush for about a year, which started right after my first liver cleanse (which only produced a few grey colored stones). I didn’t know what was wrong with my tongue till a couple of months ago. So I am very new to all this. I have the same type of reaction to psyllium and it make my symptoms worse, so I stoped using it. I have also used Citrucel which works fine for me but it is rather inconvenient for me, do to my time schedule. so I have found that Ultimate Cleanse from Nature’s Secret, works great for me. All I can say is, when I tried to use psyllium and bentonite, it bound me up and mad my symptoms worse. I use Ultimate Cleanse from Nature’s Secret and it works great for me.
