by all means, keep working out - just adjust you workout to accomodate your endurance while fasting. i’m still working out 6 days a week (3 cardio, 3 weights) but have cut the intensity of both as i don’t have quite a smuch energy after 30 minutes of intense work. keep up the good work!   [End]

mid-way thru day 2 of the cleanse. The wife and i both completed a 10 day cleanse in September, and I thought it was time to do again. She’s gonna sit this one out, which will make it a bit tougher. Days 2 and 3 were probably the toughest the first time around, but it seem much easier now. Maybe because I know finishing just around the corner.
