well i just started and really want to do the water fast this time. i have gone 5 days and always seem to give in but i know if i write it might make it better for me. anyways during this fast i am not taking any herbs at all or any teas. the only thing i will have is pure distilled water and let my body depend on it’s self for the stuff it needs. cause in everyone of us we have enough vitamins and resources we need to live on for awhile. we can fast for 40 days and not be in anyway in bad health or lose muscles or be close to death...in fact i read that you will feel better then you can ...   read more
