This is another attempt to do a prolonged MC. I realize that food has become an idol to me. I love to eat out so much. But it must come to an end. My health and weight are in jeaporady. High blood pressure, easily fatigued, no energy, knees hurt, just to name a few. Yesterday was hard. Today has been much easier. I think its because I am home by myself & not out with my husband. We both like to eat out so when we go places together it is so easy for us to tempt each other. I just feel like if I can make it to day four it will be much easier.   visit the page
