Starting tomorrow, Friday, August 21, 2009 I will water ONLY fast for twelve days. My focus is mental clarity. The purpose of this bLog is to record when I fast and how often. I will not weigh myself and would prefer not to receive comments requesting stats or “how much lost so far!?” This past month I have been getting a lot of headaches. I figure it has a lot to do with my high stress job. I hope taking a break to focus on myself will give me clarity of what to do.   visit the page
