Day 3 and I have lost another 1lb, Which is great! still feeling ok. and am happy that I am almost half way through :) will update ahain tomorrow. visit the page Day 2 14 y

Day 2 and I have lost 1lb im feeling fine, just a bit daunted by the prospect of doing this for another 6 days, but will persever :) visit the page Day 1 14 y
Day 1
Today is day 1 of my water fast. I will attempt to stick to it for 7 days in order to see how much weight I can lose in that period, and then make a decision on wether or not I will continue. My weight this morning was 168lbs. and I want to see if I will be able to bring it in to the 150’s by the end of the 7 days.
