Day 1 water fast - feeling ready, feeling apprehensive.
Feeling ready and slightly apprehensive.
I’ve noticed there are several ’21 day water fast’ blogs on this site that generally end around day 4/5 (the rest end at Day 1). Not particularly encouraging!
I shall endeavour to keep a log here each day, or every few days, to detail my experiences during the fast.
I’ve previously completed a 7 day water fast and regular 2-3 day fasts.
