Day1 11 y
Day one. Fairly easy.
Was able to complete day one easily. Somewhat irritable and sensitive but I really feel that is unrelated to the fast, and rather a consequence of my present life situation.
Just a lot of stressors right now. I feel however, that this fast will only serve to eliminate those feelings by bringing about a more heightened awareness and appreciation. Thank you for reading this, and I will post daily! visit the page Fresh start 11 y
Journey into fasting. For healing.
My journey into water fasting so far has been challenging. Mostly due to negative comments from family. But this is about me, not them. And I wish to share my experience with you, the reader. My journey begins tomorrow, for 50 days. In the bible, 50 is the number for repentance.
