Day two of my fasting expereince.

Ok, its about 2:00 in tha afternoon on day 2 of my fast. All is well, food is not a concern to me. I notice the bloat in my stomach has gone down, and now i can really just see all the fat. Gross. I plan on weighing myself on Friday, which will be Day 6. And then every 3 days after that. visit the page

This is the first day of my fast.

Ok, so here is the first day of my fast. I am going on vacation in 19 days and I have a goal of losing 25 lbs. I know I can do this!! Eventually, as a final goalI am looking to lose 35 lbs, but that will come later. I am doing an all water fast, but thinking about allowing myself some diet soda just to mix it up. visit the page
