I am beginning a 40 day water fast beginning midnight tonight. Icould do a mastercleanse but i can’t be bothered to figure out where to get all the ingredients and carrying this stuff around me. (I am not home very often so I would like something extremely convenient) I have fast for 3 days before but never 40 days.
