hunger has returned

These past few days have been pretty bad. I have felt the urge to eat many times. I am starting to have dreams about food. One suprising thing is, I don't crave bad foods. I am craving avocados and edname beans (<< i dont know what to spell that but they are soy beans, simple enough)   I have been putting hot sauce in my tomatoe celery parsley drink and that seems to be really helping me out. I love hot foods! Yesterday morning I juice a really ripe catalope and the smell was pretty much inxoicating. There was a peice left over and was really hard to pass it up. But i did and I felt really good that I did. I will not break the fast on a craving. I have my meals planned out and I will stick to it. I seem to do best when I plan ahead. 
 
I think the reason i am so hungry this week is that I have been very active. This weekend i was jogged 10 miles both days!  and it didn't stop then. I have done a minimum of 2 miles a day on the treadmill and I have done alot of abs arms and legs  oh man, it feels good to working out the muscles that have been dorment during this fast.    But i have come to the conculsion that this is why i feel hungry. But i will be able to get through till this weekend and I am still going to juice like normal but just add little bits of fruits and prunes
