I know this sounds crazy

asking for help on a 60 day water fast

I know this sounds crazy but i need people here online to keep me motivated because if you tell people in your daily life what your doing as far as the water fast they will think your crazy, i have only told 3 people. I will not tell everyone because they will probably have a negative reaction. I live alone so there is nothing tempting me like the smell of cooking. I need you guys to keep me movtivated by asking me how i'm doing and how my progress is going. I have been over weight for 9 years now and i have lost weight and gained weight and am sick and tired of being fat. I am using water fasting as a springboard to a healthier more confident me. When i break the water fast it will be with steamed veggies for 1 month then i will go back to eating regular food in moderation. I know moderation is the key but completly cutting out all food has been somewhat easy so far. 16 pounds in 3 days isn't a bad start. Please let me know what you think. I'll post photos afterwards.
