Brown spotting after period

On the first of day of my period I had unprotected sex with my husband, and my period was heavy but only lasted 4 days and then it stopped. The next day there was brown spotting and has been ever since. Sometimes I get so hungry that I feel like I am going to throw-up and get light headed and somewhat tired more so than I used to.
