Day 1 20 day juice fast

I'm a little uneasy that I won't be able to do this. I will take it one day at a time...

I've been reading about juice fasts for some time now and I've finally had it with being overweight, tired, sluggish, and everything else that goes with letting yourself go.  I'm going to see sister and her family, and my mother an dad in the PacNW in about 3 weeks and picked today to start my juice fast journey.  I want to be cleansed and rejuvenated for my trip.

I'll post everyday to journal my progress.
