I got a call today; I often get calls. This person had been taking antiparasitic for Two months, Praziquantel and still showing signs of being infected.
Sometimes getting some data before starting treatment is essential to save time and get better results.
I asked a few simple questions, like what is your Ph? or have you had a hair analysis.
Not doing these first, is out of sequence.
Many people do not have a clue how to cure parasite infections.
I was one of them, back in 2013.
It took years to find my path.
Along the way I formed a group and worked with about 300 folks over the years.
Each person has a story.
Each infection is unique.
The systematic approach to curing parasitic infections is always the same.
First, stop coffee and alcohol.
Second, check your peripheral Ph.
First thing in the morning you must use Ph. Paper under tongue, to measure Ph. before food or drink.
Enzyme system function, and cellular communication falls by 10X for each Ph. Increase of 1.
To fight parasites, you need a Ph. of 6.5 - 7.0.
Without proper Ph. and Immune function, curing parasite infections is impossible.
Third, Systemic infections, Pathogens, Bacterial infections, Yeast infections can be present on a body wide scale, without your knowledge.
Simple things like vitamins, supplements, oregano, caprylic acid, castor oil can go a long way to clear the body of infections.
I had a raging yeast infection, and kind of staggered when I walked. Yeast can produce Alcohol.
I had systemic bacteria from a raging Ascaris infection that spread bacteria around the body.
I had no good things left in my body, as pointed out by a essential mineral and metal hair analysis.
I really had no clue.
My Ph had fallen to 4.5 on the tongue.
I was in bad shape.
People often have no clue.
Knowing you have a parasitic infection is not enough, you have to have an idea of how healthy you are, before you start to treat parasitic infections.
Fourth, you need to know what is the scope and scale of your parasitic infection.
Once you get your Ph greater than 6, Get your Ions under control.
Supplement Potassium and Magnesium, Metals if you are low, or treating flat worm infections or white worm infections. Avoid trips to the ER. Low Magnesium or Potassium levels is often the crisis event.
Black pepper and Sea Salt are always a good idea.
In extreme cases, more supplements should be started.
Increase sulfur in your diet, Garlic or MSM, etc.
Adjust your Amino acids, depending on your profile.
Supplement Aminos Algae
Draw down Nitrogen compounds, Xanthoparmelia
Heal your liver Papaya seed extract
Use Distilled drinking water
In extreme infections, Carbon chemistry get out of whack. Fix bicarbonate and supplement a spectrum of carbon oils.
In extreme extreme infections, force the body under control, IL-17 Magnolia bark, Immune system controls, Beta Glucan, Red Pine needle oil, green tea concentrate,
You can challenge test with nominal doses of antiparasitics, for a few days. Then take a day off and try another one.
Make a list.
Types of Parasitic infections are Flat, White, Red.
There are a few rare species, and missed common ones.
There are mixed infections, and complicated infections, where one has multiple types at the same time.
For me, I searched and cured my infection, systematically.
1) Bacterial infections, I had several Herx reactions as I scanned
2) Yeast infections, I had several Herx reactions from natural oils, Immune modifiers of beta glucan, mushroom extracts, etc.
3) I started antiparasitics simply, not understanding their function or purpose. What a mistake.
What I learned was extensive.
There are three types of basic infections, Flat, White and Red.
Often people are complicated, more than half the infections I would guess.
The formula that is optimum requires multiple meds, supplements, and things to be done at the same time.
Get one infection, you can get several species, in the same family.
If you have a flat worm infection, like tape worms, you can get flukes and Schistosomiasis too.
If you have a White worm infection, you can have Ascaris, Hookworms, or white filarial infections.
If you have a Red worm infection you can have blood worms, Strongyloides, Strongyloidea, Strongyles, red filarials, or Nano's.
The reason you get multiple species in a family of parasites, is that mostly the weakness in the immune system is common to most species in the family.
When your immune system is weakened by one species, you are susceptible to getting other infections in the same family.
So know how to do a challenge test.
Simple meds like praziquantel, albendazole, Ivermectin, and DEC are often used to detect flat or white worm infections.
Pyrantel can be used to find Intestine infections.
Sometimes tougher meds like OXFendazole or OXBendazole are used to detect larger infections.
Know the meds, have emergency supplements, and a good Ph.
Know the doses, a few days of nominal dose levels, can detect most common parasites.
Know the sources, of what others use and are safe.
Start Slow and build up towards the challenge test detection zone.
I suggest a nominal dose which about half a killing dose level.
It takes about 3 days of dosing to build up a level in the human body to get a reaction.
While this will not detect all infections, often one get wiggles, aches, chills, or other reactions.
Don't try to cure infections, but detect how infected you really are.
Again, most people do not have a clue.
Without data, there is no way of accessing the big picture.
Once you know what meds you react to start with building a stasis formula.
That is low dose, flat, white, and red worm meds to lower the body stress level.
Then systematically go after a cure of flat worms, white worms then red worm infections.
That is how to approach parasitic infections.
One step at a time.

This is a reply to # 2,446,315For Eye floaters? what is the start? Its been a yr. i hardly eat any food. Im down to 103 lbs 5'5. I know something is in me bc it started after we came from a lake. My nephew ended up with eczema. He and I were the only ones that got in the lake.

This is a reply to # 2,446,617Where (geographic part of the world) is this lake located? Various species of schistosomes worms (one of the trematodees, technically a fluke, but more conventional round worm shaped than flat worm shaped) infect via their metacercaria larval form attacking swimmers in freshwater lakes and rivers and essentially "dissolving" their way into the skin to get inside the body. Supposedly there aren't supposed to be any of the notorious human-infecTing species of schistosomes (S. mansoni, S. haematobium, S. japonicum, etc, natively found in North America, but in the USA there is a lot of an animal schistosoma species, named Heterobilharzia Americana which normally infect raccoons, and dogs (and likely many other mammals too) that are *supposedly* not able to infect humans other than maybe causing some mild "swimmers itch" rash that supposedly goes away after a while, but I've got my own suspicions that what's written about them in biology and medical textbooks could be seriously out of date due to mutations/hybridizations or environmental adaptations of some animal species of schistosoma worms, or which there are dozens/scores of different specific species that parasitize birds, cattle, all sorts of other animals.
Getting a suspected parasite infectIon after swimming in a lake anywhere on the planet, and any possible associated skin rash-type conditiion that suspiciously seems to be a cause & effect related effect to that lake swimming, just sounds like textbook cases of some sort of schistosoma to me.

Standard approach is to use the filarial formula.
A complete history is usually taken. Headaches and floaters can be a parasitic issue.
But bacterial infections, and other issues could be the cause.
While there are millions of species, there are only a dozen meds.
Floaters can be a retina issue, get an eye exam.
Floaters can be ITP, Get a blood platelet count.
Floaters can be issue with leaking blood vessels.
You could have a pathogen.
Having other parasite issues and eye floaters is common.
Floaters should stop in a few weeks if the problem is parasitic in nature, and the filarial meds are taken.
Floaters will return several months after meds are stopped. This indicates additional challenge tests are made, to identify the species causing the problem.
Albendazole
Ivermectin
DEC
These are filarial meds.
Filarial stages L2 can be so small or microscopic, they cannot be seen. L2 species like Loa Loa are a half inch long and say 30 thousandths in diameter. They can be seen.
Ivermectin IVM paste, especially the apple kind, can be rubbed around the eye, and over the eye lid, but not on the eye itself.
Topical dose is about a standard dose. If using Durvet, say 1/4 inch used on face AM/PM
Internal dose per day is dialed in weight in yogurt.
Albendazole is internal dose, less than 8mg/kg/D to keep your hair. Start slow. Albendazole tablets are available in 200mg dose. Liquid dose oral syringe in yogurt is the proper way to get exact dose. 113 mg/ml in yogurt. Half life is 4 hours. For 100kgs person, 2ml in 3 TBS yogurt, every 6 hours. This is ~8mg/kg/D total dose. One person reported that topical albendazole is helpful as well.
DEC Dimmitrol is available in 200mg tablets. To start, break into quarters, and spend a few days of increase to single tablet. If heart pain, stop or lower dose. Sleep on Left side for a few nights. DEC is a filarial species and stage med. If you have Dirofilarial infection, DEC must be ramped slowly. Nominal stasis dose is 2mg/kg/D. Stasis controls population. So keeping dose to 200mg/D should go well, and is not a strong dose, So should not stir up large worm activity if you have one. Do not be surprised if it stirs up problems with almost every white worm species, filarial stage. If you react to DEC, you may need a spectrum of white worm meds. Which meds depends on Species.
In rare cases it is possible microtapeworm. That one needs Internal Prazi, but trip to eye doctor should see in lens, and will see worm that has segments. Nematode round worms may be identified, but out of a few dozen folks in the group over the years, only one had a visible species. Lake water can contain a number of flatworm species, and or tapeworms. These require a flatworm formula, Praziquantel, Albendazole, Vitamin D, and Calcium.
Nano's also can infect eye socket. They are a red worm. Identification can be made by a drop of clove bud oil, if it burns the skin, I mean really burns, you have nanos. Treatment is Thyme oil, and pine needle oil, but both will burn the eyeball. So make sure application is not to close to the eye.
Most folks with floaters had a white worm hyperinfection, and did not know it. Ascaris, Hookworms can locate near enough to cause eye problems.
Red worm infection happen, just not as often. Several species are known to cause visual disturbance, depth perception, vision loss, itch, bone or joint pain.
Early Stage Lyme disease can also affect your eyes with floaters.
Weight loss can be low bile salt, a runaway GI infection, Tapeworms, Flukes, others. In a large infection other secondary symptoms appear, like rashes, hot or cold flashes, weight gain or loss, brain fog, etc. A single dose of Pyrantel pin X should be done. If there is an intestine parasite, a lot of pain will result. Magnesium Sulfate should be taken before, during, and after test, 1030mg, and lots of distilled water, milk.
Weight loss from Parasitic infections can cause the body to get acid, loss of essential minerals and metals, systemic bacterial or yeast infections.
Often you have no clue you have a massive parasitic infection, until you start to treat. Then you realize how bad you are when dying parasites release their toxins. Months or years are required to cure.
Usually I suggest starting with a PH paper test under the tongue, Hair analysis for essential minerals and metals, and a few basic challenge tests of meds at a medium to low level for 3 days each med, one at a time. If there are reactions to the meds, further challenge tests are indicated. If there are no reactions to the meds, then look elsewhere.

After 2 yrs of this, countless herbs, dietary changes, homeopathic remedies, I finally tried ivermectin, 2 weeks ago, given the COVID hoopla, and for the first time in two yrs, I was able to bend my knee and get up. No cracking, popping swelling. Very little tingling on forehead after a meal. just two yrs ago, b4 all this happened, I was running biking etc. After the IVM i had cat scratch lines (which i also had two years before this happened on my right groin, left forearm and right side of face) pop up on the right side of my neck, right hand, and left shoulder,top of left eye and on my chin lol. I will PM you if that is fine. Thank you so much for your time.

This is a reply to # 2,446,698Knee and Joints, Bone pain is red worms. The most often species are strongyloides, strongyloidea, strongyles.
Red worm challenge meds are Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, Oxfendazole, Black Cumin Seed oil for liver, Red Pine needle oil capsules for immune system, Pineapple for enzymes, Organic or cold pressed Flaxseed oil capsules resin to kill eggs. Then there is Levamisole very small doses, moxidectin, and others.
Red worms can be managed often, by small doses regularly.
Red worms cannot be cured until Flatworms and whiteworms are not present, Cured.
So the order of Challenge testing is flatworms, then White worms.
A stasis formula of say daily IVM dose in strawberry or Greek yogurt, and 1/4 to 1/2 dose of either Fenben or Oxfen (Depends on species). While it takes higher doses to kill, the goal is to prevent multiplication, and slowly draw down the red worm population. Low dosing also saves on cost and stress.
Cat scratch lines are strongyloides, a large filarial adult leaves these scars. Smaller species can leave paper cuts. Microscopic species can leave plastic, sand, dandruff.
Significant strongyloides infections are possible, when the infection goes hyper.
Sharkman was first person on CureZone to cure his strongyloides infection.
I would lower your meat dose per meal. Increase Salads, Oils, Butter, Garlic, Black Pepper, Sea Salt in moderation. Nuts are safe protein, and Spirulina Algae.
Vegetables are your friend. Avoid Choline supplements, Limit Eggs to occasional 1 egg maximum, avoid all caffeine, avoid all Alcohol. Bile salt supplements will help with weight loss.
About 40% of strongyloides infections have flatworm complications.
About 20 - 30% of strongyloides infections have white worm complications.
Ph. Measurement is way to identify your health, and enzyme level. This is essential. Bananas and Potassium Citrate 99mg is essential for avoiding exhausion of this critical mineral. Magnesium Citrate tablets 133mg daily is also required to conduct challenge tests. Dr Hulda Clark discovered critical low Sulfur in many situations, so magnesium Sulfate capsules 1030mg is what she used during initial months of treatment. Low PH often leads to loss of health, minerals and their chemistries, and metals with immune system loss in strength. It is not advised to take antiparasitic meds if Ph. is lower than 6. 6.5 to 7.0 is ideal. Ph is measured under tongue first thing AM, before food or water.
Essential hair analysis (Doctors Data Amazon) is quick way to determine how far your body is out of balance. Being healthy is essential to fighting parasites.
So test challenge of Simultaneous stasis meds, and then one additional med at a time, is way to diagnose the complexity of the infection.
Red worm stasis IVM and Fenben low dose.
White worm stasis Albendazole low dose 200mg, and DEC Dimmitrol slow ramp from 50mg and low dose 200mg within a week.
Flat worm Challenge for 21 days, Praziquantel, Albendazole, Vitamin D, Calcium source like milk. The doses and times are outlined in my Document 255 formula. I can explain this later.
If your Ph. is low, I suggest MSM water(You mix with distilled water). Severe cases need DMSO drops added as well. Low Ph means low carbon, soda ashes, and respiration issues. Soda Crackers, Saltines, Spirulina, Alaka, other things may be needed to raise Ph, if low.
White worm challenge meds include DEC, Albendazole, Mebendazole, Pyrantel, Oxbendazole, Piperazine Citrate. Typically done at half dose levels each for 3 days.
Prehistoric worms are challenged with castor oil and peppermint oil.
Systemic bacterial infections require Swansons Oregano oil caps 150mg 10:1 extract with daily yogurt.
Systemic yeast infections require balancing immune metals, and a routine, and raft of oils and immune substances.
Liver can get plugged with toxins, and out of balance, the liver can take many supplements and or flushes gentle.
So that is the basic process to identify infections.
Typically, if you get through the scan without reactions, you are parasite free.
If you get hot flashes, cold flashes, GI discomfort, worm reactions, biting, etc reactions, this indicates a stage or species of parasite needs further investigation.
Like peeling an onion, clearing one infection can lead to your experiencing new symptoms from an underlying infection.
It is possible that you only have strongyloides, but the loss in time, and skipping steps, can add drastically to approaching a cure and picture of the situation.
During that time (Say a month to see the situation) you are on Daily IVM and Fenben, so the infection should not get any worse.
That is why low dose stasis formulas and dosing are used. This calms down the infection.
If you have an eye infection, it is always best to slow ramp meds. Hyperinfections lead to the infection becoming established in several locations. Eventually these locations are cleared one at a time, during the process. They will fight up to the last second, until they give up. Then you have to dose several worm life times longer to ensure eggs are cleared, before you stop dosing meds.
Gradually you will get better.
Getting your life back is worth the effort.

I will order the fenben, im kinda scared of albendazole. i like my hair. i know its been said its ok in small doses, but i did read where papain was able to substitute?. I have DEC also on the way. I did half a dose of pinx yesterday. Didnt really feel anything or see anything in stool. I will reference your document 255 for the flatworm challenge. i dnt eat eggs or take supplements. but i will try to eat vegetables again.

We (BCC Group) recorded over 90% of the people with flatworm infections had a reaction within 21 days. If you get pain at base of brain, or pain in spine down to shoulder blades, lower the vitamin D dose, and lower the Praziquantel dose. Once worms start to die, nothing will stop that, but lowering the dose for a few days cause less worm thrashing. Once worms start to die, like in the base of the brain, it can take 3 days to have them die. For those with Tapeworms in spine or hypothalamus, there is a risk of not breathing. The risk is very low. Only a few percent of people experience this. Most mild flatworm infections experience some stool looseness. Severe fluke infections can lead to black stool for a few days. If this happens, keep dosing beyond 21 days. Toxins take 2 weeks or so to clear. Distilled water with teaspoon of MSM powder, Cabbage and onions with bacon makes taste good so you can eat a lot, orange juice for vitamin C or Cranberry Juice. Plenty liquids.
Watch the toilet bowl for Schistosoma, Tapeworms are segment rectangles along outside of skin, or flukes. Make notes as to fluke size and color if found. Small cloudy water with white triangles are dissolved flukes. Pea like green, brown, black are egg nests, filled with white powder. Have a macro zoom camera ready if species come out that you do not recognize. About 40% of people have flatworms from seafood. About 6% of people have prehistoric worms that react to castor oil with peppermint oil. Since most people eat seafood, they get flatworms. Clearing Tapeworms or Schistosoma takes about a month to clear. Flukes can take 3 months to 8 months, depending on complications. One gal dumped flukes for 2 years, until she found very high mercury poison level.
Flatworm Challenge formula:
Tongue Ph greater than 6.5
Stasis level flatworms is 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon praziquantel 6PM in yogurt.
Challenge level flatworms is 25mg/kg praziquantel and 2mg/kg albendazole in yogurt, 4 times a day, dose every 6 hours.
I suggest 1/4 teaspoon Epsom Salt in distilled water, once per day.
I suggest 20,000 IU Vitamin D3 once per day.
Drink small glass of milk, 4 times per day.
Oils: Olive oil Sicily, Whole butter, Castor oil capsule, Caprylic acid oil cap, all oils are good. Coconut butter on toast, with Land O lakes butter stick are good.
Potassium Citrate 99mg per day
Magnesium Citrate 133mg per day
Cheese is good to help albendazole absorption.

The liquid albendazole valbazen needs to be measured accurately. If the straw is used, its volume is 0.75cc. Typically draw volume of albendazole 2cc for 113kgs body weight into syringe, then remove straw and squirt into yogurt. Dose depends on your weight. If you weigh less - lower the dose. Doses that total more than 8mg/kg/D or long dosing times in months can cause curly hair (Chemo Hair). Most people do not loose hair at this dose, but a few do. Exact measurements help people to keep their hair. Albendazole is a antiparasitic strength multiplier. It makes the Praziquantel stronger. It also helps penetrate tissues.
Continue dosing daily IVM with half dose Fenben for your strongyloides infection.

This is a reply to # 2,446,712Hi Matt, about 7 days in now. The praziquantel and alb definitely cause a bit of reaction. First took it, felt pressure in base of head, definitely in lower legs, like a pressure circling around my ankles and forehead, tingling in feet around top and bottom of toes and in left hand, also under left rib cage, dnt know if its stomach or spleen. I know my toes are a lot less cold. That has been a problem for the last yr, icy cold feet. Had a bit of the runs last three days, but no sightings of anything. Will keep at it. Less head congestion. Used to wake up with puffy face, now its just puffy eyes. Family noticed i def sound less nasal congested. Ive had a lot more drainage. 2 yrs ago i had major post nasal drip...didnt know that was a possible sign of parasites in upper body. Other things i notice with prazi and ivm is action in my gums and teeth. Again im sensitive as it is, but noticed that as well. Should i see anything in the coming weeks? My impression is a complicated infection. The symptoms and locations you indicate are a bit disconnected. I suspect you will react to flat, white, and red worm challenges. I only suspect a few species. Please take Ph. paper under tongue first thing AM before drink or food, to get idea of enzyme level. I also would get a hair analysis for essential metals and minerals, amazon dr data, $134.
Pressure circling around ankles could be strongyloidea. Try rubbing them with IVM or Moxi if they bother you.
Tingling in feet around top and bottom of toes and in left hand indicates a disseminated infection. Hook worms or larger red worm species can cause this symptom.
Runs indicate a GI infection. The color brown is good, Tan can indicate liver stress, White is bad, and requires supplements.
Circulation, teeth indicate a red worm infection.
So the first step is doing challenge tests. I will private mail you instructions.
The second step will be to develop a stasis formula. Under pressure the population growth stages are suppressed to limit the infection.
The third step is to clear flatworm infection, that you have already started.
I doubt you will see anything, until you get on a stasis formula, which puts mild pressure on your infections(s).
parasites emit toxins, enzymes, and alter your immune system. Treating even flatworms requires pressure on other infections, like IVM for red worm infections, and DEC Dimmitrol for white worm infections. When pressure is put on other infections simultaneously, the body is then able to clear flatworm infections. Clearing flatworm infections also requires your immune system components to be functioning properly. Things like beta glucan and red pine needle oil may be required to tweak the immune system, and in many cases pathogens like bacteria or fungal infections press on immune interleukin. In these situations we apply rose hip seed tea with magnolia bark extract. Guai and vanilla can help strengthen the immune system. Metals balance is essential to having a strong immune system.
A stasis formula, once tuned, should make you feel better, and help to get you healthier.
Then we attack your infections one at a time, Flat, White, Red.
The supplements, emergency meds, and how the body reacts and needs twisting and alteration to be strong enough to fight parasites.
In extreme infections like ascaris, magnesium is taken at a high level, to force the cell into alpha, or on. The amount of information can be daunting, but in a structured format, the amount of information is more focused. The less you have to know the better. You have to know how to be able to reach past symptoms, and observe dosing effects. In this way you can tune your formula.
Daily small doses of magnesium and potassium citrate are needed to provide a safety margin. Many a trip to the ER can be avoided by taking daily potassium citrate.
A few months of magnesium Sulfate caps may also be required.
We look at carbon, nitrogen, Sulfur, enzymes, Immune, Amino, metals, and other aspects, depending on the species we believe are present.
Until treated, you have no idea how large the infection(s) are. parasites are stealthy until they are medicated, where they start to get sick and make their presence, scale, and locations known.
Going slowly and progressing into a formula, your formula, with a gradual progression of clearing infections, is the most prudent and least painful way to deal with infections. These guys will fight back. There is a lot to learn.

This is a reply to # 2,446,315Matt, my family and I are about to start ICU's Tapeworm protocol and I just can't seem to find any information on dosing of albendazole for children. I was planning on giving them about half, but it seems like ICU's protocol says to do the same amount as me, what would you recommend?

There is liability risk for young ages.
Testing that shows positive could get a sympathetic ear to the head of infectious disease at teaching children's teaching hospital.
In severe cases, Advanced diagnostic clinic may treat with Physician referral, it is very expensive.
Few parasite tests are available, and oft times it is a waste of time and money.
Ascaris test is useful, there may be a few others.
Normal documentation by symptoms, and physical locations can help identify family of species.

Thank you for your help, I found your protocol and have been learning a lot! Thank you so much for your help.
My husband started to take prazi {2 1/3 doses throughout day} with albendazole {200 in the morning} just for a day and began to have such severe symptoms {shaking, feeling cold, very strange psychological symptoms and was scared he was going to have a seizure or something} so we stopped immediately.. we thought it might have been because there were some serious parasites in there and I realized we were supposed to take the niclosamide first on ICU's protocol. He had some strange stringy blood encased in whitish/ clear colored material and we weren't sure if it was parasites or his own blood/ mucous. So we waited a day and tried the niclosamide, and it isn't as severe but that strange stuff in stool is still coming out and he has sharp pain under his right rib near the liver gall bladder area {a place he has had pain for some time}. We're not sure if we should stop, because we don't want to cause drug resistance, however this is all so weird {and scary}.
Do you know of anyone having blood in their stool with parasite meds? Not sure what to do.. Wondering if you might have any suggestions.

Yogurt helps maintain proper bacterial profile. Take this daily. People who have parasites can use yogurt for years.
I used Greek Gods yogurt for my flatworm treatments. Just scoop out 2-3 TBS each time in a small bowl.
A glass of milk is also smoothing.
Stasis formula:
The goal is to stop any growth in numbers, without attacking the infection directly.
Small doses are used. Typically 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Prazi at 6 pm in yogurt.
Startup and maintain low dose Prazi, while other things are done to prepare you for treating your infection(s)
Typical stasis formula does not use Albendazole, it is a multiplier of strength. Using ALB for Cure treatment is essential also combined with Vitamin D3 5000 IU - 50,000 IU for killing some species. Women report 20,000 IU is more acceptable. Daily calcium Milk is also part of the Cure formulation.
Calcium daily is essential. For those who cannot do milk, SIBO bacterial challenges are warranted. A few use calcium tablets.
Albendazole Multiplier:
When you start Albendazole, Slowly ramp, starting at half a dose or lower, need weight to calculate final dose. Albendazole is useful at 2mg/kg up to 8mg/kg/D. Some really infected gals start at 1.25mg/kg.
The half life of albendazole is about 4 hours. To prevent hair loss, never exceed 8mg/kg.
Albendazole can multiply the strength and absorption of Praziquantel, 4mg/kg = 2X, 8mg/kg = 4X.
For certain other species LEV may be used as a multiplier, most react badly.
Some Try TCBZ or MYYRH. Results vary. Rare flatworms require TCBZ and Prazi.
Typical Starting dose of ALB is 100mg AM/PM, break the tablet in half, this usually works to start, but tablets are expensive.
After preparation, We use oral syringe Valbazen liquid 113mg/ml, so one cc into the tube, and squirt into the yogurt.

By the time you are in treatment, and killing, you can be dosing 4 or 5 times per day. This uses a lot of meds, so bulk sources are best long term.
Praziquantel
There are doctor prescription 600mg or 900mg capsule size.
There are also tablets, but these are absorbed poorly.
Typically we use a quality source of 1 KG bags, and a capsuline machine of OO. or OOO. size capsules.
A digital 20 Gram scale is often useful.
A flat teaspoon of Prazi can be 1200mg. Usually startup of half or 3/4 teaspoon are used.
Stasis dose: Start taking half a teaspoon Prazi Powder in yogurt Yoplait strawberry, AM/PM, or just a single dose of 3/4 - 1 teaspoon Prazi per day in yogurt 6PM.
This should be a stasis dose, where infection does not get any worse while we look for other complications, other species.

Later on, 4 doses of 25mg/kg for mild flatworm infections, to 33mg/kg for typical infections. Prazi is safe up to 150mg/kg/D doses, and a bit beyond. The best formulation is with a mixture of substances, to reduce the overall med dose. You did not get infected overnight, so cures can take months to up to a year, depending on the complications. Dosing for 3 worm lifetimes often leads to the worms disappearing, but they can come back in a year if not cured. Dosing for flukes usually requires more time to get the eggs left behind. After the first worm lifecycle, the dosing is usually reduced to 3 doses per day.

_Do the Alina tablet 500mg once per day for a week. If you had a reaction (like you did) then stop. You may have tapeworms, or others. If you get quarter skin sore, or worm movement, take notes. Pictures if any come out eyes or skin. If you react, you may want to extend dosing to 14 days. We can pick up this test after the Prazi ramp and challenge testing of other species has been accomplished.

Lets get you on proper supplements, get some health data, poke around with challenge tests, to get a big picture of what is going on.
Having data on your enzyme level Ph, essential minerals, will determine if you are strong enough to fight the battle.
Having some emergency supplements on hand will also be helpful.

We need to start challenge tests of other meds, to identify any complication of parasitic worms, with other species, or other families.

During Challenge tests, we take half a dose for 3 days to determine if you have other species.
There are about a dozen meds, but a history form is usually used to narrow this down a bit.
Then we start to develop "your" formula.
The goal is to put all your species into stasis with low level dosing, then go after them one at a time, with data in hand.
Sometimes actual enzyme or immune response testing is done.

It took me 3 tries to get all the flatworm family of species. The gigantic fluke was the hardest to kill.
