Matt, my family and I are about to start ICU's Tapeworm protocol and I just can't seem to find any information on dosing of albendazole for children. I was planning on giving them about half, but it seems like ICU's protocol says to do the same amount as me, what would you recommend?
Pretty certain we have a pinworm infection and assume tapeworm...
