replace your wine with some yogi bedtime tea. its feels just as good..actually better i think. no drying effect. hee hee. you can have it on the cleanse too because it is caffine free and thier stuff is organic.

if you already havent started the cleanse and have the tabs..maybe take the tabs and eat really cleanly for a week before going into the master cleanse.
