my first suggestion would be to get off the supplements, (other than probiotics like primal defense ~when needed, not daily) my second suggestion would be to go on a day or two of fasting followed by a diet of eating mainly raw foods, the slippery elm diet preferably. if you eat nothing but slippery elm powder mixed with water (google slippery elm gruel) for as long as possible, you'll do a tremendous amount of healing.

my last suggestion would be to familiarize yourself with the teachings of the barefoot herbalist. live by the rules he lays out and your candida will melt away before you even realize whats happened. ONE CURE CURES ALL - LIVING IN HARMONY WITH NATURE.

95% of supplemants out there will do you know good. they will only tax the liver, make you more acidic, and lead to premature death.

the cure is simple, but people dont want simple they want pills and three meals a day (way too much food!) because thats what weve been taught to think.

yes, I feel like that frequently. Feeling like you have lead in your arms and legs is die off. I had it terrible last night and woke up with it again this morning. Feeling like you got ran over by a truck is a magnesium deficiency. Your body gets drained of Mg with candida.

You need to rest if you feel die off, or back off on treatment if you cannot tolerate it. Drink more water, eat plenty of greens.

Also, It has take me almost of year of fiddling around with stuff that was not clearing it out of me before I finally wound up using p b and c shakes. Within 2 weeks time I am seeing stuff like what I posted. Not everyday like that though. Most of the time it is just strands hanging out of a bowel movement. So I would recommend pb c shakes if you want to get real serious. But do not get discouraged. whatever you are already doing if obviously causing die off or you would not feel so bad with those particular symtoms.

I empathize completely. I've been on the diet with supplements etc for 3 1/2
months and althouh my legs arent heavy much anymore...I dont see anthing coming
out of my body even after trying enemas. My head is still foggy even though
Im taking colostrum to heal leaky gut. Foggy head has been going on for 3 years
now. Was feeling better up until yesterday when I caught my finger in the car
door, visited the ER and had to start taking pain pills. Foggy head bad now.
Also ever since the last enema I havent been to the bathroom for 3 days. Im not
sure those things are healthy. What do you have to do to feel good? lol

I felt the same way this week, but probably not to your degree of intensity. I also had severe mood swings and have cried each day. Remi said she had that too as part of detoxing. These are things I do to help the die-off-
1. Drink strong peppermint tea at least 2 times a day-the more the better.
2. Drink at least one gallon of purified water a day (ie-reverse osmosis).
3. Skin brush vigorously at least twice a day, no matter how tired you are.
4. Brush Aztec healing clay all over your body (usually people just use it for the face-sold in health stores) sit in empty bath tub with it on until it hardens and rinse it off.
5. Exercise (if possible) and use a sauna.
6. Soak in a bath of Epsom Salts or you can use Moreless' detox bath of 2 pounds Epsom Salts , one box baking soda, one bottle hydrogen peroxide. Add hot water periodically to keep it hot. Soak for up to 30 minutes but be very careful if you're very sick because you might not be able to get out after the bath. I found 20 minutes my max and I'm not as sick as a lot of people on this board. BE SURE TO FOLLOW THIS SOAK WITH AN ICE-COLD SHOWER! It doesn't have to be a long shower, but you should have cold water flow down your back etc for at least a minute.

This week I have spent almost every free moment (I'm still working full time) doing one of these strategies. I have been extremely irritatable and so tired- I didn't have anything I could eat in the house. Cheated a little with a few potato chips... but they've never bothered me that much. I've eaten a lot of raw almonds today which I'm going broke with-at $13 a pound they get expensive! Anyway, when I feel like total crap a combo of these really do help. I would get some Bentonite clay and drink with water to help you get the toxins out. I'm going to be doing Remi's PB Caprylic Acid shakes soon, but even just the clay is helping me.
Good luck to you and let me know if any of those things helps you. I'm pretty sure they will if you are experiencing die-off. Unfortunately, I'm an old practiced detoxer as I have a combination of long term candida and a weak will (I'm getting better at being "good" though).
