      My lab tech friend showed me what they do for the stool samples and explained that they just look for eggs and not worms, they put a few drops of oil on a slide and take a stick to get a small piece of stool and smear it in. These things produce what looks like normal hairs and the morgellon worm is jelly soft so it will break apart easy and they wont find it. In the US they really only look for pin worm eggs since its the most common, most tech's would think Tapeworm eggs were just artifacts and pass right by them and your lucky if that small piece that hits the slide actually had an egg on it or very unlucky to have such a bad infection you had so many eggs, although a Tapeworm can lay thousands of eggs a day i cured myself and lost the ability to gather any further samples to research exactly how morgellons reproduces and infects although I have some theories that would put heavy infections as highly contagious i don't want to post anything inaccurate.

    Sounds like you tried a new thing and your critters didn't like it, so they tried to get away.
    
    I know that menthol is used to treat mites. If you saw white things come out of your skin, and that is unusual, you might have mites of some kind. The only way to tell is to look under a microscope at 50x to 200x or so. Maybe you can go to your local university biology dept and ask for help borrowing a microscope. Walmart.com sells 200x digital USB microscopes for $20. (I've asked about 10 doctors and none of them seem to use microscopes.)
    
    Even if you can't get a doc to use a microscope, the emergency room will give you a prescription for 5% or 10% pyrethrin cream or possibly some oral miticide like ivermectin.
    
    The trick for curing mites is to keep applying treatment for the full bug's lifecycle, so they can't lay fresh eggs. (about 22 days for scabies and demodex)

About 2 years ago I was bitten by a bunch of larval ticks that crawled up my arms after I was playing with a leaf on the ground and just thought they were baby spiders. I flicked off the ones I saw but obviously quite a few went unnoticed up my arms and buried their heads into my armpits. There were clusters of like 5 or 6 ticks in one spot on certain areas. I went to the hospital within a few hours and got them all removed. One was on my stomach and one on my right buttock. Most were in my armpits. They seemed to be healing normally but they left these weird patches of skin behind, which are thin and soft, and wrinkle up if you squeeze them. One of them looks puffy when I put my arm down. I cannot seem to find out what they are. I have seen a doctor and they said it was fine since it clearly wasn't infected. They don't seem like any typical scar and are not painful or anything. They are just unsightly and I would not like them to be there - so I was wondering if anyone knew what they were called so I could do something about them. Thank you :)

Used permethrin more than I should, got desperate and used pesticide that isn't for the body, benzyl benzoate and ivermectin, plus home remedies, baths with borax, peroxide, A&H...using coconut oil on bod . Then one eve while putting on oil, noticed lint type, and has been a challenge ever since. Why did morgellons suddenly appear? Was it all of the pesticides I was using? However, One day I asked my teenager if he would put Coconut on oil on after bath, he did, and lo and behold there were the fiber starting to come out. He has no other symptoms. However, when I was told scabies, I got script for permethrin for him and he used it. I've wondered also about the moldy home we lived in for 4 years, is that a factor? Back to scabies- these morg's hang out in areas (on me they do) that scabies are known: webs of fingers, chest, under breast, groin, inner arms, sides. I had 2 embedded ticks once as a teen and once in my 20's, did I get Lyme and pass it to my son in utero? Still, why sudden appearance of morgellons after I had been treating for scabies?

Ivermectin is sold there over the counter at the pharmacy. The premethrin killed the ones outside until new eggs hatched. Still not sure what I am dealing with. Just glad that I am 70% better. Anybody can get bed bugs. An infestation came into my home with the purchase of a new mattress. Some of my health issues began around that time. Bedbugs are carry/vectors:
