How ironic that you are writing on the same day I tried this stuff. I've been reading these boards for a couple months now and I've noticed that all the postings are from way earlier this year. I thought maybe this Turpentine thing blew over.
Honestly after trying the stuff, I don't feel much different, and all that stuff that whatever "daddy" guy was saying about it hurting is not happening to me, given I just took it moments ago. I'll give it some time and I'll probably take a few more doses, but I think it's a lot of hype for nothing, on both sides of the arguement. Either way, don't get careless. It is turpentine. I kept it at 1 teaspoon. I'll let you guys know if my condition changes. Don't hold your breath though.
