Well I did do another flush. I felt full again and felt if I did not flush, I was going to have an attack. I got out a lot of sludge, small stones, and about 12 bigger stones. The biggest was almost 2 centimeters! It was a rough night of discomfort from feeling everything trying to move out. In the morning, and the rest of the day I felt horrible, just wiped out and adrenal symptoms were worse. I tried to stay hydrated but I think I was dehydrated. I felt much better today. How can I prevent dehydration when using the Epsom Salts ? With adrenal issues I am already trying to stay hydrated every day. I am adding Himalayan salt to my water and food to help with hydration. Did not seem to be enough though with the flush. I do want to go longer in between flushes if I can. Thanks for your reply.
