Just to clarify, there are several home boards on the market. These units are actually called colenemas. Colema is a trademark word of Colema Boards of California. Hi Tracey, I just finished the Ultimate Cleanse for 8 days mainly for Parasite cleansing. I felt good during this cleanse - lighter, but a little slower and I started getting sleepy thoughout the day. I feel this may be due to lack of sufficient iron. You mentioned that you are using OxCygen instead of a product with cascara - could you let me know the name of the company which makes the OxCygen? I also have problems with cascara ( and also with psyllium) because of leaky gut. I find that these products worsen it. I purchased my board through http://www.amenhealth.com and I also happen to know that you can order them by phone straight from the manufacturer. There is limited cleanup requied after using the board. I just put it in the shower and hose it off so it’s not very hard. It is much easier to clean up than an enema. I’ve been there and they are sometimes very messy. Colonics can be used anytime by themselves maybe with an exception to people with certain problems with their colon. Hello PTree, Ive read that you know quite a bit about colon cleansing and I’d like to ask you a question please. I did my first colon cleansing with 4 liters of water and the juice of half a lemon. My container holds 7.5 liters but I could not get all of it into myself without it leaking. What am I doing wrong if anything? Rather than an allergic reaction, you may have been experiencing a parasitic die off response. When I started the program, I had full body aches and pains along with headaches. Increasing my fluids helped. Given your history you may want to start and use lower doses of the Kleritea and the Paranil. Hi! I’m considering the ”Ultimate Cleanse” which recommends doing uniodized salt flushes in the morning, but in this list you mentioned that they could cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. Do you use pinapple juice that is chilled, or at room temp? If room temp, how long can it be stored that way(I would prefer to refrigerate it). Also, I tried this combo this morning and was suprized by how good it tasted. No bad taste at all. The thing is that I used 6oz of juice and 2oz of water. I re-read the ”How To” for the P& B shake cleans thing and it said to use water, or diluted juice. I would assume that diluted probably means more like 50% water(2oz wouldn’t be enough)? I just had the same experience. Just a minor problem developing. I know of no reversal of the condition. If you hear of a way please post it here. Sorry, computer has been down for DAYS! (ahhhh!) I do herb teas and water. The herbs depend on my needs at the time. I tend to go for 3-10 days depending on the need as well. I did have to still do a chaser of water because the stuff would be still in my throat and mouth and I couldn’t take the texture of it. When I first began my colon cleansing I used a product called SBX which is a probiotic that helps to loosen the muciod plaque. I took it several times a day along with an AIM product called Fiberblend. After a couple months of that I switched to P&B shakes and continued that for the remaining months. I’ve been feeling stopped up for the last few days and layed off the B&P feeling that might be adding to the problem instead of helping. I’d recently added digestive enzymes to the mix and had noticed that what got passed seemed to be better digested. If I understand your post correctly, you did not mix the p&b in water...right? Be very careful...the psyllium absorbs a tremendous amount of water quite rapidly and swells...could pose a danger of choking. Psyllium capsules are not as effective because they only cleanse from the point that they empty their contents...but I would recommend that you use the caps instead of taking the p&b neat! Frankly, I can’t imagine that eating(?!) the p&b is an easier way of taking it...but to each his own...LOL!   [End]

Hi KS! Ultimate Cleanse: Make the lemonade as outlined in the Master Cleanse. Drink up to 12 glasses a day. I am very confused. There is so much information being thrown at me that I don’t know what to do. I want to do a bowel cleanse before I do Parasite cleanse (Dr. Clark’s Parasite Cleanse). Hi there...you can still get mucoid plaque and toxins out of your bowel without using bentonite clay. PTree used Holistic Horizons for a few months and got out lotsa plaque. I like using the plain bentonite and psyllium drinks...but others like HH or Schulze’s because they have added herbs in them. Have you read PTree’s now famous posts on Bentonite and Psyllium & ’The frustrations of colon cleansing’? If not I’ll post them for you! Tracey   [End]

BY ALL MEANS WORKOUT! Working out increases the action and blood flow to the colon. If you don’t move, you stagnate. In other words, the toxins absorbed into the clay need to move out of your system. Hi Snowbird...So far I haven’t read of someone getting a stone stuck making them have to go to the hospital for an operation! Nope. I’ve been watching these forums since early November. Sometimes a person will feel pain after a liver flush...but then they just do another flush right away (not waiting 2 weeks in between) ...and then that flush dislodges the ill-placed stone and all is fine! Hi Kat! Are you having a hard time falling asleep because you have so much zipzapping energy? I remember tapping my toe ferociously while talking to my friend, while on the MC....sooooo much energy. I did my errands around town in half the time - I walked soo fast! Is it that? Or is it anxiety? I would go to sleep reeeally late to ensure that I was going to go to sleep. Don’t go to bed before you’re drop dead tired. If you have to get up early, just try not to worry about it. We can function quite well on less sleep every once in a while.
