Qigong for Health 20 y
This is to be a discussion of the benefits of chigong/qigong exercise, including personal experiences. I'd like a sharing of resources that have helped others.
Qigong is a Chinese form of exercise that forms the basis for martial arts that employ a strong mental base. It has been a well kept secret until the last 40 years or so. It is considered a form of ”soft martial art” as opposed to the hard forms such as Kung Fu. Tai chi is also a soft form.
I’ve been practicing qigong exercises in connection with my tai chi exercises for 10 years. I’m interested in the experiences of others who’ve practiced chi gong or qigong.
