So I am not going to lie, I was a little disappointed that I only lost 0.5 kg when other lose 4 times more. It's not like I am too small , my BMI is obese :(
However I did eat very little for a week before I even started the fast and drank a lot of water the whole last month so I assume that I just don't have that much water weight left , is that possible ?
Anyways off to conquer Day 2 , I woke up feeling good and not hungry at all , have a nice day :)

Just got home and decided to change my priorities on why I am doing this fast. I realized today that this is an opportunity to clean myself of all bad things and habits and focus on a positive life and exercising positive thoughts. Water Fast should not be about how much weight I am losing. Tomorrow I will be traveling and won't be back home until Monday night so I will not be able to track my weight ( which is good ). I will however update here every day and log how I feel ( even though nobody seems to be interested in it anyways lol ). I am feeling good , colleagues have been eating all kind of amazing food around me but I am staying strong . Not really hungry but had a strange craving for raw almonds - why? ... I have no idea.
