Hello My name is Marcin and I am new to this wesite. For yearn now I am struggling with a problem that almost costed me my life. When it comes to worse I cannot eat and I barely drink because everything sits in my stomach and I get very nauseous. I have constipation and feel this intense, at times overwhelming anxiety even terror. My heart is beating faster and that drives me crazy. I lose the sense of smell and taste. My tongue is pale with minimal red and also covered with phlegm or something white. I lose weight very fast and feel like I am burning inside. When I stop eating it slowly goes away and my system as if unlocks. It literally feels like I have closed stomach and intestines tied up in knots. I feel thirst but can barely drink. I feel There is much more to explain but it would take forever. I am now very desperate and saddened. I feel like crying many times a day and I cannot concentrate. NO energy whatsoever.When I was in a hospital a couple of times already, doctor said that it's all in my head. Can you imagine what I flt at that time. Please Help me. Suggest something. Should I see some one. I tried pyloric valve massage and ileocecal valve massage but it is not helping much. now it feels bruised in the middle of my stomach. Like I have been beaten in that area. Would a chiropractor help. Doctors did many tests on me but very little has been found. Small intestine inflammation once, but when I was in a similar situation and maybe most importantly elevated ASCA Anti-saccharomyces cerevisiae antibody- so I thought maybe yeast could be a problem. I must say that my diet lately was mainly binging on wheat crackers and saltines a lot. My liver feels overworked and trapped gas is killing me.

This is a reply to # 2,248,495I already know about the liver flush. this is what I have been doing over the past 6 or more months.
BUt couple days ago, after a long period of feeling decent, god enough to do some exercises and go on walks I started feeling sick again and my system became sluggish and its probably because I have not been keeping to my diet. So I did a flush yesterday after a really bad day feeling nausea and tightness in my stomach also in my chest( it feels like gas going up to my throat, sometimes making me gasp for air a little bit) and to my dismay it turned out to be a rally bad idea. I thought that even though I feel sick I may try and "unclog" my system with a flush. Wrong I still burp up olive oil aftertaste and I thought I was dying last night. What about that Fecal Transplant would you mind explaining shortly because I am very tired and worn out. I didn't east for the past two days.

You could try some lecithin. Start with a couple of desert spoons for a couple of days and increase it until your bowel begins to move. Eat as much as you require.

I need to mention that I also sometimes wake up in the morning with stomach full of gas. what does that mean?
When I have so much gas trapped it literally
presses on my chest and throat. It feels like slight suffocation.

It does sound like gastroparesis aka delayed gastric emptying. Do you have any signs of thyroid problems?
Presumably you do not take any anticholinergic medications? Lecithin has an opposite effect supplying phosphatidylCholine and also has beneficial effects on cell membranes.

BTW lecithin comes in different forms. It is available in eggs, from soya and from sunflower and can be purchased in capsules, gel caps, granules or liquid forms. I was using soy granules but I am now trying sunflower liquid which I received today. It is thick stuff, very thick and does not pour well. I want to use it as an emulsifier with essential oils, the thickness of it is a concern but it should go quite far. I got Now foods sunflower liquid lecithin 16 floz bottle. There is also Genetically-Modified-Organisms and non Genetically-Modified-Organisms varieties, especially of soy.
I will have to work out how I am going to water this thick stuff down. Heating it a bit might help, hopefully.
It might be worth you having a look at your irises because it can show the reasons for why a person gets certain things. Constipation can be caused by repressing emotions, in some people, most notably but unexplainable, water signs seem to be most affected. Repressing sadness, the feeling and the expression of, causes a nerve ring inside the bowel which causes chronic constipation in affected people. The nerve ring restricts nerve impulses to the bowel wall, slowing movement of food. I have this problem myself and I am cancarian and also have nerve rings in the ascending and descending colons. I am attempting to eliminate the beliefs which cause the problems which I got from my mother.

This is a reply to # 2,248,650I just ordered Sunflower lecithin in powder form because I don't tolerate eggs ans soy possibly corn too. I don't know if I mentioned but when I got pretty bad few day's to the point where I couldn't eat as I mentioned, I did a Liver Flush that night. That was a major blow. all of that oil sat in my stomach until 3pm next day.
I had ct scans, mri's with special studies. Also 3 colonoscopies and 4 endoscopies but most of the time nothing bad except duedonitis and mild gastritis. My ASCA- yeast antibodies are high and so I guess that I might have candiditis or possibly Crohn's although no pain. I only have gas pain and sometimes pain in my gallbladder/duodenum area.
IRIDIOLOGY- I am not so convinced and yet when I was small my mother took me to iridiologist who evaluated me and gave me herbs. She concluded with a rather shocking diadnosis, underdeveloped or undeveloped small intestine. and as a catholic I am always wary about things that could be esoteric or occult in nature. I went to energy healers and reiki and it is not desired because it is occult in nature. You don't know where their energy is coming from. And anyway they made me feel worse. And I am writing this with sincerity. Please don't be insulted if you feel otherwise. they prescribe anti depressants for it, i think that is bad and hope i can heal naturally.

This is a reply to # 2,248,595I was super sick with all of these issue saw over 70 doctors realized most are not investigative sort of doctors, one was brilliant genuis he became my doctor and cured me Here are things I took note of my from my genuis doctor and a couple more smart doctors I was put on SCD diet I was took a natural anti fungal for a few days to rule out candida. I was put on VSL3 which is pricey medical grade probiotics I was advised to take less, because It was strong you do not need a prescription I saw Chinese Medicine doctor who put me on herbs this helped the most the fastest. The central nervous system gets amped up when your sick and it triggers more symptoms. Get a vitamin deficiency test, and my doctor had me take a HCL test which is you take a few bites of food and then take HCL pill if it burns at all take less some people take apple cider vinegar it is stomach acid test ] did a green juice fast and coffee enemas for while also took spring green 77 clay this really absorbed toxins in my system Ozone IV's helped tremendously which is oxygen Get a TOXICITY test and A SIBO test. Which is small intestinal bowel overgrowth. Look up Dr. Siebeckers website she is an on this SIBO is something the medical community would not acknowledge the ND were treating it and finally the MD woke up and realized it did exist there is breath test. I could go on and on about all the possibilities of the cause, but I will stop here.

This is a reply to # 2,305,305I am on scd diet, it was very good until recently. You see I tend to eat at night and that is my problem. I also have gadolinium(MRI contrast agent) toxicity and I need to detox it from my system. I believe that it has aggravated my problems even more so.

This might be helpful apparently the finding of John Hopkins is that herbal stuff is as least as effective as rifaximin ,
I believe in the Chinese Medicine doctor philosophy were he discusses fumigation which is what the herbs have the power to do, perhaps seeing a Chinese Medicine doctor.
This is not the typical SIBO treatment but I so stunned doctor here are not doing this here in the states, The key I think for killing SIBO IS a night time suppository that kills infection so you put in over night and it basically is so strong it is absorbed to surrounding and it kills infections my integrative MD had me do this when I thought I had appendix issue, and I ordered it on line the company name escapes me it was German and inserted it and went to bed with a towel down just in case. No issues ever it was amazing
If they have it for that they must have something for SIBO
Of course you have to do the SIBO diet and stay away from late night eating . Begin to view food only as fuel for the body nothing else. Once you get into that mind set you will become detached from food , and it will easier all the way around.I thought avoid eating after 5 is helpful

This is a reply to # 2,248,493It sounds like some 5HTP would really help. Try 50mg and increase slowly until you feel some of the depression/anxiety lift. Cleanses will be really helpful but short term the 5HTP can help pull you out of this. Worked for me when I was in your shoes.

This is a reply to # 2,248,493If you have a thick white coating on your tongue, that's a bacterial fungal disorder, candidiasis albicans.
if you are binging on saltines and crackers, it's because the yeast in your body is craving carbs and sugars.
you need to immediately stop taking foods that are gluten, full of carbohydrates, sugars, and stop eating all fruits except for the sour fruits.
If you have that much bacteria in your body, and have a ton of gas, you could also be dealing with parasites.
The lack of oxygen, is because of the acidic environment in your body, and you are now oxygen deficient. I recommend starting on oral H202 therapy. This is water with an oxygen atom.
You need to focus on changing your diet, go on a cleanse, eliminating all sugars though except for the sour fruits.
I was in a similar situation. You may also have a build up of toxic emotions, that are accumulating and causing more severe congestions.
with your acid reflux, most of that will go away if you change your diet, however it's only the diet, you have to change your life.
For gas, lay down on your right sight with a hot water bottle on your stomach. Take deep breaths.
I would start juicing and drinking lots of lemon water, fresh squeezed lemon juice. lots of coconut products, very antiparasitic and antifungal.
Drink plenty of herbal teas, and water, stay hydrated, and I would look into h202 therapy, it's going to help kill any pathogens in your body.
What are you doing for holistic treatments? If you have the money go get colonic done, and ozone therapy.
focus on diet, herbs, and water therapy, like hot baths or saunas.
this releases the toxins.
rest as much as you can, and try to immediately drop everything and deep breathing where your stomach becomes tight in a knot, its the parasites and/or bacteria trying to fight with you and get your stomach in a poisoned conditions.
fresh aloe vera leaves cut open and blended with water everyday.
this is going to clean and gently repair your gut.

This is a reply to # 2,248,637tell me what type of peroxide? like a regular store bought or something from health store. Also my tongue isn't that white but I see film of white around the distant part and in the middle. When i breathe through my stomach I feel water gurgling and staying there. I cannot even breathe through my stomach because it feels tight and like my intestines are blocked with fluid. I just had a major eruption of emotions. I had to cry myself out. When my condition hits rock bottom and I cannot eat and waste away I barely can focus and my mind is just running like hyper active. Feels like something takes over me and the only thing I can do is to cry and cry. Glad my father is here because I would have gone crazy without him. I also took xanax 10 minutes ago because I cannot control it with relaxation. I feel a need of someone to be close to me. This is about 6th or 7th time that I have a recurrence of this condition. It's been 8 years since the first time I got sick. I go up and down but now it is rock bottom.
PS: Tell me how to drink peroxide.

This is a reply to # 2,248,641h202 is safe to drink, you have to take is correctly. its water with an extra oxygen molecule, thats it.
your emotions, I have that problem too. they are triggering from many different things, and mostly your infection, because your body is acidic, the negative emotions create a vicious cycle, and yes its torture.
you must try yoga, stretching, deep breathing, and emotional release techniques.
if you don't release your emotions, you create a ball in your stomach, that tension in your stomach creates various infections, and disease. this emotional block in your stomach can wreak havoc on your body, and you may be creating a vicious cycle with your emotions by recycling them vs. releasing them.
thats what parasites or any bacteria, viral, fungal infections want, is to feed off of your emotions. do not suppress the emotion, i still do that too, and its the worst. you must not hold your breath, it takes time and being the observer of how you breathe is not easy.
most diseases are caused or are activated when we cannot release our emotions, in a safe effective way.
the only thing that works is like emotional exorcism, deep breathing. you can start deep breathing when your belly trembles its an emotion that wants to be released, than you can silently or actually scream, and tense your entire body, shake, do whatever you have to do to release your emotions.
having an emotional mood swing, is not the same as an emotional release.
