The bloated feeling is usually a 'dire' feeling that resembles an empty fullness, am i right?
In that case it's caused by an intolerance or malabsorption.
Tha quickest way to find out what causes it is to go on a two day fasting, then start slowly eating just one type of food, say boiled potato for two days, nothing else.
Although when returning from fasting the first meal has to be a light porridge to get the stomach going again, say, mashed potatoes.
If potatoes aren't a worry then keep on with it while introducing other foods day by day, take note of each sign, each small sign that you get, even small burps if so happens.
Then you'll better now what your intestines neglects; thus the bloating.
