i to am woried about doing a cleanse i have gall stones but doctor said it was smal ones and if i can cope just leave it for the moment If it gets worse then he'll do gallbladder removal.I would be keen on the cleanseing but is it safe i had a big stroke 7 year ago,but i'm not to disabled so would it be safe for me.
